Yesterday, in boot camp, I totally wiped out. We were supposed to be jumping up onto a step and landing in a squat position. The step has lots of little rubber ridges on it (for traction)- and it had 8 risers under each side... I jumped up and pretty much did an air squat- completely missing the step- and my shins and forearm/elbow came crashing down on the rubber ridges of the step. It hurt a little but was mostly funny. I am such a dork. And of course I did it right in time for shorts season!
