A Touch Of Tyrell

Roxy isn't potty trained yet. It isn't my strongest parenting skill... but I'm guessing soon we'll get it figured out. Until then, we'll play with the potty seat!

We were invited to an ugly sweater party... our sweaters weren't super ugly, or ugly at all but we had a lot of fun. I made reindeer cookies from a book Breckie picked out at the library. They turned out SO GOOD!! It was also a gift exchange and we ended up with a little red bikini. Jake was pretty excited about that ;)

There was an awards assembly at school where Everett got a few academic awards.  He's such a cute, smart kid!

Roxy loves baby dolls so much! She found one at Ross that she just couldn't live without.  So I bought it for her and she hauled it around everywhere. She's the cutest little mama!

Breckie is the cutest little drawer! These are complete treasures to me!

I wanted to take Breckie to see the Nutcracker and start a new tradition. I've never seen it and wanted too. So we ended up going as a whole family and the funny thing is that Everett and I were the only ones that ended of staying through the whole performance.  I'm not sure it will end up being a tradition... but we enjoyed it!

The other day I met with an engaged couple at the Tempe Marketplace. We talked about their wedding plans and wedding contracts. Afterwards, I talked around for a little bit and found this HUGE chalkboard wall that said "If I had one wish..." and spaces to fill out you wish.   "I would be Tyrell Har..." caught my eye! I googled and came to the conclusion that even if it were Hardy, Harris, or Harvey they are all black men. Further proof that my name is the wrong gender and race 😅
