Roxy 21 Months

I know the whole "months" thing is annoying to some but oh well.  I took Roxy's pictures every month her first year and then I couldn't just go straight to every six months (like I do for the older kids)... so I split up her second year into four documentary photo shoots.  So 21 months it is! I made a note on my phone of all the things she says... but I was adding multiple words a day and realized she pretty much is a parrot! Which I LOVE! She is OBSESSED with shoes. It's really bad. Like screams and throws fits when she can't carry all of the shoes or she can't walk in them.  She puts the shoes on and repeats "pretty, pretty" until you tell her she looks pretty :) I had a cute pair of real shoes on her and she just cried until I took them off and gave her the princess shoes back. I guess that's the whole point of documenting... we'll always remember her obsession with shoes! ...

4 Generations

I have a lot of things I love about this photo.  One of which is Grandma's jogging suit.  And Breckie's mermaid tail socks. And the fact that we're triplets :)

Valentine's Day Away

I woke up to smelly breath in a discount hotel room followed by a value breakfast at Denny's and a 6+ hour car ride. It was great, it was real, it was our Valentine's day. We were on our way home from Disneyland. While we were gone my mom made sure the kids were taken care of for Valentine's day. She bought Everett Star Wars cards and pencils AND cupcakes to pass out to his classmates. She took Breckie to Kneaders for a heart cookie and bought her paints and her own Valentines to make. I know they had a great time without us. Plus we brought them back some pretty epic gifts from Disneyland. We bought Everett a GIANT stuffed Baymax, Breckie got princess shaped crayons and a coloring book and mermaid tail socks, Roxy got a cute kitty, and we brought Grammy and Great Grammy Mickey Mouse earrings. Breckie scratch-designed each valentine cupcake on her own! The designs are so great! Part of me is bummed we didn't get to celebrate more o...

The Grownups Go To Disneyland

One of our friends works at the Disney store and had tickets that were expiring soon... so we went. Three couples, no kids. It was JUST what we needed after the high stress of moving.  Well, in a way it added to the stress of moving but it was worth it :) We moved a truck load on Friday night and two on Saturday and then left for Disneyland Sunday afternoon. My mom and Grandma came to take care of the kids and live in our house of boxes.  Monday morning we woke up early and waiting in line for the park to open. We got to go on so many rides without waiting long at all. It was pretty chilly and the water ride even had fog.  the boys went on it. Us girls watches as countless rafts got dumped on and people walked off soaking wet. The boys... they were pretty much completely dry.  Other things worth noting... I beat Jake at the toy story ride. Then he beat me like 6 times at the buzz lightyear ride! ...
