I wanted to make sure we went to see the temple lights this year... so we went on opening night!
The kids kept asking why there were so many lights.
We kept answering them.
They kept asking.
We got to see the new #LightTheWorld video and felt inspired to be more like Christ.
We walked around in shorts and flip flops and almost went out for ice cream (until we remembered we had pumpkin pie at home).
It doesn't quite feel like Christmas outside but we hope our kids start to understand the reason behind the traditions and the why's and what Christmas is all about.
